How iProspect Delivered a Game-Changing Conference Video Strategy

iProspect

Need to create content at your upcoming event? You’re likely faced with a handful of options. You could hire a full-on film crew (just make sure your financial director is sitting down before you present the costs). You could hire a single cinematographer, knowing full well you’ll miss key moments because one person just can’t be everywhere.

At Collective Intent, its Global Leadership Summit held in Amsterdam, iProspect made the most of Cinebody’s bespoke capabilities with a low-cost, live event strategy that delivered a huge bang for its buck.

It captured an authentic perspective of every element of the event, while combining rapid content creation & distribution for substantial social media traction.

Here’s the lowdown…

Two employees from iProspect’s Amsterdam office – social advertising consultant Angela Neuvel and PPC strategist Mark Meijs – were appointed ‘Roving Reporters’. They were tasked with gathering a range of footage including intros and outros, interviews, and all the sights and sounds of each day’s activity.

By using Cinebody to film their footage, all their clips automatically uploaded to the cloud. This enabled an editing team in the United States to take advantage of the time difference, working even while the filming was happening to produce and deliver each daily recap video within hours of each day’s end in the Netherlands.

Day one focused on the event’s arrivals and introductions, day two dove into the heart of the action, and day three wrapped up a terrific 72 hours with reflections on the summit and what the attendees had learned.

Angela and Mark also received real-time directions through Cinebody’s push notifications system, guaranteeing that every angle and shot was covered.
