Event Recaps & Authentic Sizzles

For this approach, we’d focus entirely on executing a quick-turn recap for IAP. Working closely with the Visual Communications on-the-ground team, we’d arm them with a detailed shot list for the event to capture the sights, sounds, and attendee experiences. Our team will monitor the footage as it uploads, sending real-time creative direction to ensure we capture every facet of the event. Once all of the footage is in, we’ll dive into editing to produce a quick-turn recap for review within 24-48 hours after the event concludes.

Expanding the event

Taking Concept 1 a step further, we’ll create a dynamic, multimedia micro campaign for each event to ensure we produce the most assets from each content capture. The recap will act as our hero for each campaign, chronicling the sights, sounds, and experiences of the event. Soundbites and interviews from attendees and Eventique key personnel will be interweaved, if and when available.
