Year 2 · 2026–2027

The YouTube channel
Sashco deserves.

An annual production agreement built around one goal: owning DIY search on YouTube and building the content engine to sustain it.

Year One

What we learned.
What we fixed.

Where we started

The early deliverables didn't land. We changed direction.

We opened with social content cuts that weren't at the quality level either of us wanted. Coordinating on-camera talent added friction that slowed everything down. We recognized it quickly, owned it, and pivoted rather than pushing through work that didn't represent either brand.

What we figured out

Sashco's team handles social well. That's not where we add value.

The realization: your in-house team is already strong on social content. We add value when we show up with a plan, a camera, and a full production day and execute work that's genuinely hard to do without a dedicated team behind it.

What clicked

Showing up on-site with a plan. Every time.

The HR and culture shoots proved it. When we arrived at Sashco HQ with scripted concepts and a structured shoot day, the work was strong. That's the model for Year 2, applied to the channel that actually needs it most.

The structural problem

Monthly retainers put the burden in the wrong place.

A monthly deliverable model requires your team to be ready every month. When priorities shift, months slip. Year 2 changes the structure so that doesn't happen.

The Focus
YouTube is where DIYers search.
That's where Sashco needs to show up.
From Google to AI search, the people asking "how do I fix this?" need to find you first. Year 2 is built entirely around that goal.

The Structure

Not a retainer.
An annual agreement.

One contract. A fixed production calendar. We drive it. Sashco shows up for shoot days and approves content. That's the full ask.

01

We set and drive the calendar

You approve the quarterly plan once. After that, we execute: shoots, edits, delivery, without needing to chase approvals or wait on bandwidth that isn't there.

02

One shoot day produces 6 to 8 deliverables

HQ shoot days are batched. We arrive with scripted concepts, camera setup, and a full shoot plan. One visit. Maximum output.

03

Focused agenda check-ins, not open-ended calls

Each check-in has a specific purpose: confirm which products to feature next, lock SKUs, align on the upcoming shoot. We respect your calendar.

04

Your only pre-work: confirm SKUs and mockup boards

Before each HQ shoot we send a specific list of what we need. You confirm the products and have the boards ready. We handle everything else from scripting to final delivery.

The Plan

41 deliverables.
5 content tracks.

A deliberate spread across long-form, short-form, and paid. Not 41 identical pieces.

A
HQ Quarterly Shoots

Produced.
Scripted.
On location.

Four shoot days at Sashco HQ, one per quarter, each producing 4 finished YouTube tutorials from scripted concepts. Sashco confirms which products to feature and provides them ahead of each shoot. Examples below show the style and format we're going for.

B
Controlled Studio Shoots

The format.
The standard.

Three shoots at our own locations, giving us tighter creative control in real home environments. SEO-driven topics: the video title is the search term. These set the format standard that Track D replicates at scale. Sashco confirms products ahead of each shoot.

C
Employee B-Roll

The brand
behind the product.

Short-form clips (20 to 60 sec) that humanize Sashco: factory walk-throughs, team spotlights, behind-the-scenes moments. Captured on HQ shoot days as 30-minute add-ons. Zero extra trips, zero extra asks on Brittany's calendar.

D
Creator-Led Videos

National feel.
Local authenticity.

Creators in our network replicate the Track B format in their own kitchens, bathrooms, and garages. Same production standards, different locations. The channel stops feeling like it's always shot in one place. Creator costs are covered in the agreement.

The Investment

What it costs.
What you get.

Produced as individual one-off projects, this scope would cost significantly more. Committing to an annual agreement lets us batch shoots, reuse setups, and run editing as a dedicated workstream, and pass those savings on.

One-Off Projects
~$76,400
  • Priced per shoot, per deliverable
  • No batching efficiencies
  • Separate invoicing per project
  • No dedicated production calendar
What this scope costs without an annual commitment.
To Kick Off

What we need
from you.

Four things. We handle everything else.

01

Priority Search Terms and Use Cases

Your wish list of how-to topics for DIY audiences. You've already started this. Send it over and we'll map it to searchable YouTube titles, and we can also use it to inform GEO strategy if you want to optimize for AI search results too.

02

Product List and Product Samples

Confirm which SKUs to feature per shoot and get us the product ahead of each shoot day. This is the unlock for scripting and setup.

03

Mockup Board Commitment

Your team pre-builds simple boards before each HQ shoot: cracked concrete, tile panels, siding sections. We'll send the specific list per shoot well in advance.

04

July Shoot Date Locked

Targeting the last week of July. Lock the date and August has a full editorial runway.
