Customer-led discovery and travel outcomes

This campaign builds on the spirit of the Point.me TV spot by featuring real customers who discovered Point.me, unlocked unexpected value from their points, and turned that insight into meaningful travel experiences.

Unlike the TV execution, this approach is not constrained by a fixed 30-second narrative. Instead, we provide light creative guidance and social-first framing to help customers share their stories in a way that feels natural, credible, and emotionally grounded. The emphasis is on personal realization, what changed once they understood their points, and where that knowledge took them.

Cinebody will manage the campaign end to end, from customer coordination and creative guidance to production and post. We will also produce a portion of the content directly to set the creative bar and demonstrate partnership alignment.

This campaign is designed to feel organic, trust-building, and brand-defining.

This campaign is creatively directed with a paid social lens from day one. While the content still feels natural and unscripted, it is intentionally shaped around hooks, pacing, and message clarity that perform in modern paid environments.

The goal is to generate modular, testable content that highlights how quickly Point.me turns confusion into confidence.
